2.2Procedure
Padding (Liquor pick-up 80%，Temp，60℃)→Steaming (Temp.100~10360℃Time:1~4min)→ Rinsing→Fixing→Drying.
Application of Acid Dyes
1．Dyeing Method
Recipe:
A.Dyes ×%(o.w .f)
B.Sodium sulfate (anhydrous) 5~10%(o.w.f)
C.Sulfuric acid (66° Be’) 2~4%( o.w.f)
pH<3.5 Adjust pH <3.5
Liquor ratio 1: 10~30

B. Sodium sulfate (anhydrous) 5~10%(o.w.f)
C. Glacial acetic acid 1~2%( o.w .f)
D. Sulfuric acid (66° Be’) 1~2%( o.w.f)
pH<3.5 Adjust pH <3.5
Liquor ratio 1: 10~30
Dyeing Procedure
Application of Basic Dyes
1．Dyeing Method
Recipe:

B.Aceticacid 5~10%(o.w.f)

Dyeing Procedure
Note: In the case that the dye is not completely absorbed, sulfuric acid (66°Be ') can be added, and then boiling dyeing for 20~30 minutes.
Application of SulphurDyes
1、Dyeing recipe
1.1 Dyestuff strength 100%
Dye 1kg
50%Sodium Sulphide 1-2.5kg
Sodium carbonate 2%(o.w.f.)
Sodium sulphide 10-30%(o.w.f .)
1.2 Liquor ratio
Dip 1:8-1:15
Jig 1:3-1:8
2、Dyeing procedure
Dissolved by Na2S →60℃startingdyeing at 6o℃→Dyed near the boil for 3/4-1hour→squeezing→★Oxidizing→washing→★Soaping→Washing→Drying.
3、Oxidizing method
A Oxidized by airing for 10 minutes
B Oxidized by airing for 10 minutes→washing 30% SodiumPerborate at 45-60℃ for 15 minutes.
C Oxidized by airing for 10 minutes→washing →1-1.5% Potassium(Sodium)bichromate2-3%acetic acid at 50-60℃ for 15 minutes.
4、Soaping method
3g/1 neutral soap 1g/1 sodium carbonate at 90-95℃ for10 minutes.

Application of Vat Dyes
1.Dyeing Procedure
1.1Dip dyeing:Wetting with water→Dyeing→Washing with cold water→oxidizing→Washing with cold water→Soaping→Washing with hot water→Washing with cold water→Hydroextracting →Drying.
1.2Jig dyeing:Wetting with water→Dyeing→Washing with cold water→Oxidzing→Soaping→Washing with hot water→Washing with cold water→Drying.
1.3Pad-steam process:Pigment padding→Drying→Cooling→Reduction agent padding →Steaming→Washing with cold water→Oxidizing→Washing→Soaping→Washing→Drying.
